The HappyMe Journals have been designed specifically for your 3+ year olds in order to create a daily ritual of cultivation gratitude and happiness. Choose between the Junior Journal and the My First Journal:

The HappyMe Junior Journal is a daily journal for children aged 6 to 12, based on scientifically proven methods that promote happiness, develop healthy habits for life and nurture inquiring minds. Beautifully illustrated and easy to use, with just a few minutes focus each day, children benefit by being encouraged to express gratitude, reflect on their emotions and think about their actions.

The journal has 12 full weeks of daily journaling pages and a section at the front they can fill out at any time. Children are encouraged to fill out their journal every day but as the pages aren't dated it is possible to do it at your own rhythm and easy to keep going should you miss a day.

My First HappyMe Journal for you to enjoy with the three- to six-year old in your life. It brings you all the goodness of our Junior edition adapted to this younger age group.

It's specially designed to be a shared experience, and there are lots of prompts along the way to help spark lovely conversations as you fill out the pages. We have deliberately left things flexible so you can make the journal your own, with plenty of space for a shared writing, drawing and coloring experience.

Little Wares Thoughts: We’re all about building early, positive habits and when we discovered HappyMe Journals we fell in love with the low-pressure nature of daily journaling that they have created. With just a few minutes a day, you can sit down with your littles and start building a culture of gratitude and positivity in everyone’s life.
