Little Wares Thoughts: We have mixed thoughts about infant gowns! They make diaper changes much easier (especially in the overnight hours!), however, if your newborn scoots and shimmies in their crib a lot (as ours did!) then we found that not having pajamas or a onesie on caused their diaper to shimmy too-- in other words, the gown allowed too much movement of the diaper during those hours that it was more of a hindrance. These gowns work really, really well for some and not for others! So try it out if and see what your preference is. If it doesn't work out for your little, re-sell it or donate it to someone else.
